The AKINAK Stonewash from Blade Brothers Knives is a powerful, double‑edged combat dagger inspired by the Scythians — ancient warrior tribes who lived on the lands of modern Ukraine. This knife embodies their military philosophy while being perfectly suited for today’s battlefield. Crafted from 1.4116 stainless steel (5 mm, 57 HRC), the blade combines strength with reliability. The Stonewash finish gives it a rugged, matte look and effectively conceals scratches and marks from intensive use.
We developed the AKINAK’s carrying system for quick deployment. The reliable plastic sheath securely holds the blade, ensuring safety and quick access. The steel clip provides full compatibility with MOLLE and TEK LOK systems, allowing seamless integration with tactical gear.

Combat Performance of the AKINAK tactical knife
- Dagger Power
The AKINAK is a double-edged dagger with aggressive grinds. We engineered it for powerful thrusts and precise cuts. It penetrates protective gear, leaving the enemy with little chance. Straight, wide bevels ensure excellent cutting and powerful chopping properties—the knife easily enters the material.
- Construction Reliability
We produce the knife from 1.4116 stainless tool steel with a thickness of 5 mm and hardened to 57 HRC. The Full-Tang (solid metal construction) ensures uncompromising strength. The blade withstands extreme loads in demanding conditions.
- The Unique AKINAK Handle
- The AKINAK handle showcases authenticity in every detail. The rounded guard replicates the form of ancient blades, adding comfort and protection. The pommel features griffins, which were sacred to the Scythians. We kept their outlines while making them practical for today’s fighter. The pommel avoids snagging on gear and serves as a glass breaker.
- Carrying and Attachment
The reliable plastic sheath ensures quick access. The sheath is fully compatible with MOLLE and TEK LOK attachment systems, allowing seamless integration into any tactical gear.
- The AKINAK already proves its strength in battle, serving for more than three years in the war. It stands not only as a weapon, but as a symbol of resilience and the unbroken spirit of those who have fought for freedom across millennia.
