About the UAV Patch Collection
My name is Oleksandr Vorobey, and I am the founder of Blade Brothers Knives. I have been at war since 2014 and have seen its many faces. In 2014, I was part of the assaults in Pisky, where I was severely wounded. In February 2022, I fought through the street battles for my native Kharkiv. By the spring of 2022, I held positions around Kharkiv and later took part in the offensives to liberate the villages of the Kharkiv region. But war is constantly changing.
Today, we are in the era of drone warfare—fast, precise, and technological. Since 2023, I have been serving within the Unmanned Systems Forces of the AFU. Having operated nearly every type of drone, I know for certain that the intensity of modern combat demands constant technological superiority. I dedicated this series of patches to UAVs because I know our new reality from personal experience.
This patch is dedicated to the DEEP STRIKE long-range drones—the "long arm" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reaching the enemy where they least expect it. Every launch of such a drone is an act of justice traveling hundreds of kilometers.
At the center is Archangel Michael with a raised punishing sword—the Commander of the Heavenly Host and the patron saint of warriors. Thus, his image personifies the supreme judgment and inevitable retribution.
"Vengeance is mine, I will repay" — retribution is certain, regardless of the distance to the target. This patch is for those who see the target beyond the horizon and know that justice has wings.
