Invoice: For buyers with Ukrainian bank accounts, we offer the option to pay via invoice. You can pay at any bank in Ukraine or use online banking, including PrivatBank terminals. Payments will be made to our company's bank account.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped only upon 100% prepayment.

Shipping Methods: We ship your orders within Ukraine using the Nova Poshta courier service.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number. You can conveniently monitor your package's progress online via the Nova Poshta website (https://novaposhta.ua) or through the Nova Poshta mobile app.
Shipping Rates of Nova Poshta
Shipping is not included in the order price. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost upon receiving the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch in Ukraine.

Shipping Method: Our manufacturing facilities are located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Presently, the only international shipping service available is Ukraine's National Post "Ukrposhta".
Your parcel will be shipped using EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS is an expedited international shipping service. EMS shipments are exclusively handled by air and are processed as a priority both in Ukraine and the destination country. EMS is a reliable and expedited international shipping service with priority handling in both Ukraine and the destination country. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your address.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can easily track your package's progress online on the Ukrposhta website: https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_EN.html.
