Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the knives remain unused and in good condition.
Please note that we may be unable to process a refund or exchange if:
The items show signs of use or damage due to improper handling (e.g., chips, scratches, scuffs, or stains).
The items are incomplete or missing their original case or gift packaging, unless otherwise agreed upon with our manager.
Normal wear and tear, including dulling of the blade.
Damage caused by misuse or failure to adhere to product limitations, as specified in the description of each product on our website.
Damage due to lack of maintenance or disassembly for purposes other than repair.
Knives that have been used are generally not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of concealed manufacturing defects that become evident over time.
Please remember that our knives are intended for their designated use. Do not use them as hatchets, axes or for cutting through metal reinforcement or rails.

Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) or in a secure package. Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories and tags intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use your chosen shipping method.
Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on where to send the item. Please provide us with a tracking number and shipping progress link to prove shipment. Note that we are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and we do not accept COD returns.
Inspection and Refund/Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 days.
